Engineering Applications Pty Ltd engaged Asset Track Australia to assist with implementing an asset tracking software solution for our Central Equipment Store Facility. This project has been a resounding success for us and has immediately given us greater visibility and management of business-critical assets as well as management reporting that supports on-charging of assets for return on investment.

Laing O’Rourke required a more efficient and reliable solution than an Excel Spreadsheet to track Fabricated Steel from overseas. ATA and the Hardcat system provided an excellent asset tracking solution and process that we utilised. We have been pleased with its functions and capabilities and the level of experience and support provided by Asset Track Australia.

Edith Cowan University have been utilising Asset Track Australia’s stocktaking services since 2003. During this period, we have found their planning and execution of the independent asset audits to be seamless, requiring minimal administrative support from our finance staff.

We have around 3500 items of ICT equipment being utilised in our Production Systems environment at multiple sites in Perth & the Pilbara. ATA’s support & advice has ensured our Hardcat implementation provides us an accurate picture of their location & movement, placing asset control back in the hands of our Business Unit managers & technicians.

We’d been trying for some time to control 1000’s of pieces of equipment & tooling spread across our workshops & maintenance projects. Our Hardcat system has allowed our operators to make use of barcoding & mobile scanning for the quick issue, return & reporting of our equipment on job sites and traceability between jobs. Asset Track’s understanding of this part of our business has been invaluable in the configuration & training services we’ve received.

I just wanted to say thank you for the support and assistance you have given me and ECM over my tenure here. I have always felt that ECM and the quality of service to ECM came first. This is a rare thing now days and I’m thankful for our partnership. I just wanted to thank both of you for the advice you have given and for the quality of the training that was presented to my staff and I yesterday. It is genuinely refreshing to work with someone that knows their product inside and out and is able to bring that experience into their training. Bernie is an excellent instructor, who was able to offer multiple solutions to our problems, as well as bring the three of us rapidly up to the level required.
